One of the worst times in your life is when the love of your life has broken up with you. A lot of people have a hard time recovering from it, and their lives just kinda seem to slow to a stop. Don't let this happen to you...there's hope beyond a breakup, even that you could get your ex back!

Analyze your past relationships, including the one that just ended. This is the part that seems so boring and pointless, but it's actually pretty important. You need to see what sorts of problems your relationships have had, particularly the one with the ex you're trying to win back. Once you can identify the problems in them, you can figure out which problems are of your doing.

Let your employees know that the problem is not with them but with their actions. Don't make it personal. If anyone is being hard on your employees, stand up for your people. Physically stand between your employees and harassment if necessary. Learn to insist that anything causing an issue must pass through you.

Women are not like men in many ways. They do not believe that a past history of sexual partners is something worth talking about at all, let alone in company. Never compare them to ex girlfriends or even talk about ex girlfriends in front of them.

Sometimes craziness is rewarded. In workplaces where political correctness is more important than laughter craziness is running the ship. In relationships where one individual's emotional demands rule the household, craziness has filled the home, and children. In a body, where craziness exists in the mind, health problems are prevalent.

Communication problems with a man is a common problem for women. During my 38 years as a therapist working with married couples and single women, this is perhaps women's #1 complaint. I'm forever hearing comments like: He just doesn't understand; he never says he's sorry; he won't share his feelings.

What kind of man does she need? Think about your love and her needs. Can you honestly be that man without becoming a person you can't be happy with? If it's not possible, it would be better to just become her friend. As a general guideline, women love to be with men who are honest, genuine, and committed.

And there are a variety of medications that can handle ear infections, most often seen in infants, younger children and senior populations.
